Shipping Policies

  • We only ship on Mondays!
  • We do NOT ship on weekends, because we are working with a perishable product and want you to get the freshest one!
  • The freshness of the product is impacted by delivery service,  We offer  Standard Shipping (Priority USPS - Up to four days due to current COVID-19 conditions), UPS 2nd-day Shipping and UPS Next Day Shipping options, We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, our suggestion is to use the UPS 2nd-day Shipping delivery. You may select any of the previous options at checkout.
  • We take all the precautions needed to deliver an intact product, but sometimes the carrier may physically damage a package, if this happens, please contact us immediately at bonjour@lartisanebakery.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and attach pictures of the items received so we can process a refund or ship your order again. 
    • Please keep in mind when placing your order that it will not ship on the same day that you placed an order, it could take up to three to five business days to be shipped and you will get an email confirmation with a tracking number.
    • If you received the wrong items, please send us an email to Bonjour@lartisanebakery.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and attach pictures of the items received so we can process a refund or ship your order again.
