RETURNS and REFUNDS
Due to the perishable nature of our products, L’Artisane Creative Bakery does not accept returns or exchanges.
In case of a package damaged in transit, L’Artisane Creative Bakery will issue a credit or re-order.
If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Team WITHIN 2 DAYS of when the package was receive and provide a photo and detailed description of issue, and we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your L’Artisane Creative Bakery experience. Due to the perishable nature of our product, all claims submitted after the 48 hour delivery window or without proper photo or order number will not be eligible for return, refund or reship.
CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
Orders may not be cancelled within two business days of the ship or pick-up date. For order cancellation or modification requests, please contact our Customer Service Team or call us at +1 (786) 502-8595 immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, however, such requests may not be possible due to the order processing schedule.
