1. **Shipping Schedule:** We primarily ship orders at the beginning of the week and do not ship on weekends, as we handle perishable products and aim to deliver the freshest possible items to you. Orders are processed in the sequence they're received. Due to the volume of orders, the processing time could extend into the following week or beyond. We cannot guarantee delivery in the week following order placement. You'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

2. **Delivery Time and Options:** Once your order has been processed, the delivery service can impact the freshness of our product. We offer various shipping options: Standard Shipping (Up to four days ), UPS 2nd-day Shipping, and UPS Next Day Shipping. These options can be selected at checkout. However, please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. We suggest using UPS 2nd-day Shipping for optimal results.

3. **Package Handling:** We take every necessary precaution to deliver your order intact. However, if a carrier physically damages your package, please contact us immediately at bonjour@lartisanebakery.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Attach pictures of the damaged items so we can resend your order.

4. **Incorrect Orders:** If you receive the wrong items, please email Bonjour@lartisanebakery.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Attach pictures of the incorrect items received so we can process a refund or resend your order.
